Day-long retreat : EQUANIMITY, peace of heart & mind Experience UPEKKA - A DIVINE ABODE OF the HEART, an immeasurable quality of heart/mind. Through skill building experiments, we increase peace of mind, calmness of heart, expand awareness of who we know ourself to be, and enhance our quality of life. Stress comes with taking the world personally. In this day-long we let go of our identification with the old and emerge renewed. No experience necessary, although experience with sensory clarity is recommended. We will meet on ZOOM from 10am et - 9pm et (7am pt- 6pm pt). If peace and equanimity is what you are after, it is recommended that you commit to the full schedule.
